As Goth Store is a 100% Internet Based Mail Order company, we regret that under NO circumstances are personal visits accepted, without prior permission from the management and by appointment ONLY.

If a visit is required in order to save on shipping and can prove you live within 10 miles of Goth Store's main office, then the goods will be shipped for FREE.
    
Delivery
 
Do you ship to countries outside the UK?
Yes we do, and have shipped to many customers in countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia, Israel, Denmark, Italy, France etc.

How long will delivery take?
 
Delivery times depends on the current status of stock, so if an item shows as shipped within 24 hours it means that inlcuding order processing you should recieve within 2-4 working days.  If you have purchased several items you will be given the choice to wait until everything is ready to ship which is the cheapest type of shipping OR pay the full shipping cost based on items being despatched separately. The longest items that are the made to measure take on average six weeks from the date of order.
 
How are my items delivered? UK : Smaller/lighter items to the are delivered by special delivery. Larger/heavier items are sent by Parcelforce 24 or 48.
 
European/World: Smaller/Lighter items are sent by surface mail where possible and by courier for larger/heavier items.
  
How are shipping charges worked out? UK : Charges are worked out on a per item basis, we have tried looking at the typical cost or sending each item and come up with a delivery structure that is as accurate as possible.
 
European/World : Delivery is worked out in the same way as for the UK but with a minimum delivery value of £17.
  
Payment
 
How can I pay for my order? We accept cheques, cash, bacs, postal orders, visa, mastercard, debit, switch and solo cards. We cannot take Visa Electron. If you want to pay by cheque from abroad, you will need to get you bank to get a pounds sterling cheque as we cannot accept foreign currency at the moment. Credit cards are debited in £, your card company will do any conversions.
 
Are my card details secure? If you are paying by credit or debit card, or in fact by any means, all personal data is encrypted by SSL in order to keep it secure from potential hackers.
